RSS page

My RSS homepage has been changing a little since the beginning of the semester.
I thought that my body of work would have something to do with Criminology. As the semester progressed I realized that I was really passionate about childhood obesity and the many dimensions of the cause of the epidemic. You can see that I have added more links to sites relating to parenting blogs, health, and childhood obesity.

Exploring Online Sociology

Exploring Online Sociology
I like the teaching with data blog. I think it is a good website, even for non-sociologists to look at it. It seems to me that they sort of break down the data and numbers that we are bombarded with every day and we can see it plain and simple. Some people may not understand how to read the charts, but even the explanations for the graphs and charts are worded well. This site is valuable because it can either explain the charts, or if you are a visual person, then you look at the graphs and charts (that are not as complicated as some might be) and then you can understand what is being said in the news.
